Term and agreement

• All the information must be provided accurately, incorrect information will lead to invalid.

• Students are allowed to have two make up classes each term if such an alternate class is available at a different time of the week. There is no make up lesson if no alternative class is available. 

• A Leave request Form is required and must be submitted 24 hours in advance. The form be submitted less than 24 hours in advance will be invalid. 

• All make up lesson with valid Leave request form  need to be completed within the same term.

• For student absences without Leave request form, we will unable to provide make-up class, credit or refund.
